This water-filled barrier is designed to fit industry-standard temporary mesh fence panels and is ideal for traffic lane separation and temporary site fencing where colour coordination or specific visual requirements are important.

Standard colours for this custom version are blue, yellow, and green, with any RAL colour available on request. This makes the Slot Blok™ Barrier – Custom suitable for projects that require a neutral appearance, colour coordination, or a non-standard visual signal.

When filled with water, the Slot Blok™ Barrier – Custom provides an exceptionally stable and durable solution for traffic management or site perimeters. Two connected Slot Blok™ units form a solid base for a 3.5 m wide temporary fencing panel, ensuring an effective and weather-resistant boundary.

Each Slot Blok™ Barrier – Custom consists of two interlocking sections (each 1.75 m in length) in the selected colour configuration, designed to securely hold a standard construction fence panel (3.5 m). While maintaining the same performance and functionality as the standard version, this custom variant allows you to match the barrier colour to your project requirements.

With an empty weight of just 14 kg per unit and a filled weight of approximately 160 kg per unit, the Slot Blok™ Barrier – Custom combines easy handling with exceptional stability. The smooth, rounded shape reduces trip hazards and makes the barrier suitable for both pedestrian and vehicle areas.

Independent testing has shown that the barrier can withstand wind gusts of up to approximately 90 km/h, making it a reliable solution for use on construction sites, roadworks, and other temporary traffic environments.
