Reception Protocol

* Removal of the strapping on board the transport truck is the customer’s responsibility. The customer must provide the necessary protective equipment and take the precautions described in this document. Neither the carrier nor Blok ‘N’ Mesh can be held responsible in the event of an accident during unloading by the customer.

The customer is responsible for unloading the order in a timely manner. If this is not done on time and the carrier charges for waiting time, the customer will be liable for these costs and will be sent an invoice for the additional charges.

An order can be cancelled free of charge up to two days before the scheduled delivery date. However, if the delivery has already been arranged and communicated, and the cancellation occurs within two days of the delivery date, the full delivery fee will be charged to cover the carrier's costs.
